I am blessed with an amazing family and a circle of friends who surround me with an incredible amount of support and love. They are the ones to whom I turn when I crave balance in my life. We all need balance in our lives. Balance in our work life as well as our home life.
It has been said that "the mark of a successful man is one that has spent an entire day on the bank of a river without feeling guilty about it." Wow! Can’t you just visualize that river and the peacefulness of it?
Ok, you stay on the bank of the river and relax while I explain how I came about with the idea to create Cville Concierge LLC & Errand Services.
I spent most of my life thus far in south Florida. My husband, a.k.a., my high school sweetheart and I decided to search for a better life for ourselves and our girls, Alexa & Olivia. It had become painfully clear to us that our once-appealing, fast-paced Ft. Lauderdale lifestyle now seemed stressful and uninviting. We searched and found the book, 50 of the Best Places to Raise Your Family. We didn’t search very long before we found Charlottesville. In 2001 we made the move and never looked back. It was one of the best decisions we have made in our lives.
Fast forward to 2005….After the loss of my father to pancreatic cancer the phrase “life is short” spoke to me. I realized more than ever that if one is to make the most of life they should love more and stress less.
And so became the birth of Cville Concierge & Errand Services.
